As a food supplement, add 1 scoop (approx. 10 gms) to approx. 200 ml of cold water or fat-free milk (or other suitable beverage of your choice) and shake or stir well.  

For best results, take one serving immediately after exercise. Additional servings may be taken during the day depending on your supplemental protein requirements.  Alternatively use as recommended by your nutritional advisor.
